Community & Feral Cat TNR
The Humane Society of Putnam County runs a Trap/Neuter/Release program for feral cats (not house cats). Trappers will come to your location, trap the cat(s), have them fixed, and then return the cats back to where they were originally caught. There is no cost to the person making the request.
