SPAY AND NEUTER ASSISTANCE

The Humane Society of Putnam County will be offering spay/neuter discount coupons at the Rescued Treasures retail store for one animal per household per year. These coupons will cover up to $150 of the cost to spay or neuter a cat or a dog, plus $25 towards rabies vaccination if needed as well. This program is only available to Putnam County residents, valid ID required. A list of participating veterinarians will be provided upon distribution of the coupons. Coupons can be obtained at the Rescued Treasures thrift store, on the first Saturday of each month that the store is open. We do not limit how many coupons we give away for the month, but we only do it one day per month.  It’s a volunteer run program, and that day is the only day per month that we are set up to give out coupons.
